Side Panel Sponsors
Side panel sponsors can be sold for $500 to $1,000 per sponsor for each opportunity to place their company logo on one of the two 4' x 7' side panels. We recommend limiting sponsor opportunities to no more than five sponsors on each side panel so their logos are visible in the team pictures. All team pictures are posted to our website following the tournament and players have the opportunity to download their pictures for free and easy posting to their social media. Leaderboard Sponsor
Create a new sponsorship level for $3,000 to $5,000 and give this sponsor exclusive rights to the leaderboard to brand both side panels with their company logo and message. Give them the opportunity to set up at the leaderboard during the tournament to meet all the players while their pictures are being taken with their names in lights.
Presenting or Title Sponsor
Many tournaments come to Magnolia asking what they can give their presenting sponsor other then their logo on a banner. The charity golf tournament leaderboard provides real tangible value to your existing presenting/title sponsor level. Give them exclusive rights to the side panels along with offering them the ability to play commercials prior to, during and following your golf tournament.
LED Corporate Sponsor
Similar to a hole sponsor (but without the cost of the hole sponsor sign) you can display an unlimited amount of company logos on the full color LED screen in a PowerPoint type sequence prior to, during and following your golf tournament. Suggested LED Corporate Sponsor would range between $100 to $250 and they unlimited. Take pictures of their logo on the leaderboard at your tournament and send the picture to them with your thank you letter following the tournament and watch them come back year after year!
Charity Golf Tournament Leaderboard Rental Cost
Most charity golf leaderboard rental cost range between $2,500 and $3,000 for a one day charity golf tournament. We have offices in Atlanta and Nashville and there are no additional travel expenses if the tournament is located with the metro area of Atlanta and Nashville. Travel expenses outside of these markets will be calculated on the quote. The quote is all inclusive and includes the following...Magnolia staff to operate the board, full color print of the top panel and side panels, complete set up and break down, Honda EU generator for power (we promise, you won't hear the generator), display sponsor logos or play sponsor commercials with sound, and team photography in front of the leaderboard.
