CONTACT INFORMATION

Please complete the following for our ON-SITE contact during your event.

EVENT INFORMATION

Magnolia will have one cargo van per LED screen. We may need to access the van during your event. Please make sure the parking will be within walking distance of the LED screen location.

POWER

Magnolia will provide a Honda EU 7000 generator to power the LED screen and computer equipment. Sound from the generator is rated at 60dB (less than common speech). If you would like to provide power to the LED screen, we require a 30AMP Single Phase 220V connection. Our power connector is an L-14 30 plug.

LED SCREEN CONTENT

To ensure a smooth and successful event, we kindly request that any logos or content intended for display on the LED screen be submitted to us no later than 5 working days before the event. If you choose to create the content yourself, please use a black background with large text and logos for optimal visibility. Additionally, please send your content to us for review at lease 5 working days prior to your event to ensure it meets our display standards. Thank you for your cooperation and attention to these details.

VIDEO

You have the option to display a promotional video or sponsor commercial throughout your event including sound. Please send us the videos you would like to display 5 working days prior to your event so we have time to test the video on the LED screen to ensure it looks amazing.

SOUND

LOGOS & IMAGES

Please email any sponsor logos, images or test messages that need to be displayed on the LED screen to Ryan Bartel at ryan@magnoliagolfgroup.com or give him a call at 404-975-9626. Please make sure your event name is in the subject line. We can use any image format for logos that will be displayed on the LED screen.

SIDE PANELS & TOP PANEL ARTWORK

When you are ready to begin artwork production for the side panels and top panels, please contact our graphic designer, Zack Cato, at zcato@magnoliagolfgroup.com or 678-633-4297. To ensure sufficient time for proof creation, approval and printing, we kindly request you send all logos and artwork to Magnolia at least 5 working days prior to your event.

Your team is welcome to design the artwork for your side panels and top panel. Please reach out to Zack to get the appropriate artwork dimensions for your LED screen.
