4. Payments, Sponsorships & Purchases

If you purchase event entries, sponsorships, products, or services through our website:

Payments are processed through third-party providers. We do not store full credit card information.
Sponsorships and registrations may be non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel transactions if necessary.

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

Sponsorship purchases are considered commitments to support the event and its benefiting nonprofit organization. As such, all sponsorship payments are generally non-refundable. If an event is canceled by the organizer and not rescheduled, sponsors may be offered the option to receive a refund or have their sponsorship contribution applied to a future event, at the discretion of the event host organization. Magnolia Golf Foundation, Inc. serves as the payment facilitator for the event and does not determine sponsorship benefits, fulfillment, or event execution. Any questions regarding sponsorship deliverables or event changes should be directed to the event organizer.

FULFILLMENT / SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing
Orders for physical items, event materials, sponsor gifts, or merchandise are processed within standard business timelines unless otherwise noted. Production timelines may vary depending on item type, customization, and event schedules.

Custom & Event-Specific Items
Many items related to sponsorships or events are custom-produced or event-specific. Production will begin after payment is received and required design details, logos, or approvals have been submitted. Delays in providing necessary materials may affect delivery timelines.

Shipping & Delivery
Physical items may be shipped directly to the purchaser, sponsor, event organizer, or event venue as appropriate. Shipping timelines depend on carrier schedules, production completion, and destination. Magnolia Golf Foundation, Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery for Events
Some materials and sponsorship items may be delivered directly to the event location rather than to the purchaser. Delivery timing may align with event setup schedules.

Inspection of Goods
Recipients should inspect items upon delivery. Any issues related to damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

Returns & Replacements
Because many items are custom-made for events, returns are generally not accepted. Replacements may be provided for items that arrive damaged or defective, at our discretion.
