Job Title: Mechanic & Warehouse Manager

Reports To: General Manager
Compensation: $50K to 60K.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform basic care and maintenance, including changing oil, checking fluid levels and rotating tires on our fleet of 9 Chevrolet Cargo Express Vans, 1 Isuzu NPR Box Truck, 1 Club Car Golf Cart and 10 flat bed trailers.

Repair or replace worn parts, such as brake pads, wheel bearings and sensors.

Perform basic care and maintenance for 10 flat bed trailers including checking tire life and inflation levels, break & electric wire, trailer breaks, wheel assembly maintenance and axles.

Maintain a clean work shop environment within warehouse.

Maintain excellent maintenance records on all Magnolia vehicles and trailers.

Ensure 6,000 sq foot warehouse operates at peak efficiency.

Develop warehouse operations system with General Manager by determining product handling, storage requirements and equipment utilization.

Set up leaderboards and load Magnolia vans for upcoming events with signage, product and tools.

Manage and inspect each Magnolia van and trailer returning from each event.

Assist other Magnolia team members at on-site events when needed.

Interact with client during events and providing assistance for event success.

Possible travel outside out the Atlanta areas to assist with events.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

ASE Certified Automotive Technician or comparable training/experience.

Welding skills.

Knowledge of machinery and hydraulic systems and their components.

Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Problem solving ability.

Clean driving record.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

High School Degree.

Be able to lift 50 pounds.

Must be 21 years old.
