Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Reports To: Proprietor
Compensation: $30K plus strong commission schedule

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all outside and inside sales leads with a strong closing record.

  • Attend Chamber of Commerce networking meetings.

  • Cold call and cold email prospects.

  • Develop relationships to grow personal network that will result in referrals.

  • Put together sales presentations and be able to present in person or via video calls.

  • Grow and develop a strong prospect list.

  • Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports.

  • Follow up with incoming leads in a timely manner.

  • Communicate client's needs with operation staff in weekly staff meeting.

  • Follow up with client's following each event to book event for next year.

  • Set and exceed personal sales goals on an annual basis.

  • Attend events to prospect for new leads.

  • Work events along with operations team when needed.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • Work experience in a sales position is a plus but not required.

  • Excellent MS Office knowledge, Adobe Suite and Google Business Apps knowledge

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills

  • Familiarity with office equipment and applications (e.g. e-calendars and printers)

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Availability to work some weekends and light travel within the southeast.

  • High School Degree

  • College Degree is a plus but not required
