Compensation: $40K to $45K

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Nashville General Manager with all event operations.

  • Put together sales presentations and be able to present in person or via video calls.

  • Follow up with incoming sales leads in a timely manner.

  • Enter product orders and work with clients through the proofing process to completion.

  • Communicate with clients prior to event to confirm details.

  • Put together signage order and work with clients through the proofing process to completion.

  • Work on-site events.

  • Drive Magnolia van and LED screen on trailer to events.  Magnolia will provide training.

  • Operate LED screen at golf tournaments and special events.  Magnolia will provide training.

  • Attend Chamber of Commerce meetings as a Magnolia team member.

  • Follow up with clients following event to book event for next year.

  • Have the ability to travel to events located outside the metro Nashville area.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • Work experience in the special events industry is a plus.

  • Excellent MS Office knowledge, Adobe Suite and Google Business Apps knowledge.

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

  • Familiarity with office equipment and applications (e.g. e-calendars and printers).

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

  • Availability to work some weekends.

  • Clean driving record.

  • High School Degree.

  • College Degree is a plus but not required.
