Compensation: $40K to $45K

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.

  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Manage executive's calendar and scheduling appointments.

  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements.

  • Light accounting - entering checks and sending invoices.

  • Office supply inventory management.

  • Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports.

  • Take minutes during meetings.

  • Screen phone calls and distribute correspondence.

  • Organize and maintain the office filing system.

  • Manage hiring/onboarding of new employees.

  • Manage office information systems such as email, phone, etc.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.

  • Excellent MS Office knowledge, Adobe Suite and Google Business Apps knowledge is a plus

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills

  • Familiarity with office equipment and applications (e.g. e-calendars and printers)

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Discretion and confidentiality

  • High School Degree

  • PA diploma or certification is a plus.

  • Some event on-site work for clients - you won't always be behind a desk!
